Rick Hancock brings more than 20 years of enterprise SaaS experience, including 17 years in contact center operations and 11 years in AI and machine learning. He has worked across healthcare, insurance, and regulated customer operations where HIPAA, CMS, DHCS, DOI, and internal governance matter as much as the technology itself.
Before founding RH Strategic Consulting, Rick held leadership roles across Salesforce, Sprinklr, LivePerson, and Observe.AI. Today he works as a Fractional CAIO, helping organizations establish AI readiness, governance, pilot strategy, and operating models without hiring a full-time executive.
His work is focused on organizations that have already invested in AI, but are still missing the governance, accountability, and cross-functional operating model required to turn pilots into measurable operational value.
Rick led the design and delivery of ChemoHarmony, a digital oncology platform case study that demonstrates RH Strategic Consulting's ability to build regulated, patient-facing systems with structured workflows, trust-centered UX, and responsible AI integration in serious clinical contexts.
